It's that time of year! You know you are going to do it. You are going to eat and drink too much. When you finally push back from the table you are going to feel miserable and wish you remembered to wear elastic pants and a tunic. I've got something that's going to make it all better. Underburg!

Underberg is a German digestif that you will not be able to live without.

A word or warning, this is an herbal bitters.  It's an acquired taste.  The best thing to do is not taste it at all.

Pour it out in a shot glass and slam it back like your neighbor's moonshine. You will be well rewarded because within about 30 seconds that over-full feeling will be gone. It's like magic!
